All our rooms are offered fully furnished and are usually shared with other trainees.
Each flat share has a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom.
Rent and ancillary costs are charged at a flat rate, which includes all costs for furnishings, operating and heating costs.

| Common rooms |
- Wandsbek: The large communal room has a drinks bar, a music and lighting system, a table football and pool table and a table tennis table. There are also sofas, tables and chairs. There is a large screen with projector in the lounge and a bar, barbecue and seating areas on the roof terrace.
- Harburg: In Harburg, you have a total of 3 communal rooms plus a roof terrace at your disposal. The common rooms include the following: 2 communal kitchens, a drinks bar, a spacious sofa area, a projector with screen, light and sound systems as well as tables and bar stools. The roof terrace has a barbecue, seating and a small bar.
- Münzviertel: There will be no communal areas in the residential building itself. Instead, we offer a wide range of communal areas in our foundation headquarters. Here you will find, for example, a bar, sofas, table football and/or pool tables, a small cinema, sound and lighting systems (currently still under construction).
- Altona: The top floor offers versatile communal areas with a study room, communal kitchen, bar, table football and spacious roof terrace.
- The rent is stated as basic rent incl. furniture plus additional costs (NK).
The additional costs are flat-rate and include all additional costs (heating, water, electricity, internet, TV, telephone) - Not available in shared flats and single apartments.
